Their 2023 donation is supporting scholarships for veterans, active military, and their family and sponsoring a United States Marine Corps veteran, Amanda Hoenes, who will accompany paddlers and share her story of her 2021 solo paddle from the headwaters of the Missouri to the Gulf of Mexico. Amanda wrote about her journey in her new book, Digging Deeper.
